Shipping policy

Every ring is made to order, so getting it to you happens in two parts: the time we spend building it, and the time it spends in the mail.

Build time

Most rings ship two to three weeks from the day we have your size.

If you chose our free ring sizers, they ship first and usually take about a week to reach you. Your build starts as soon as you tell us which one fits.

Expedited processing moves your ring to the front of the bench, so it ships in about a week instead of two to three. It doesn’t speed up delivery itself, or the time your sizers take to arrive.

Shipping within the US

Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. Faster delivery options are available at checkout.

International shipping

We ship to most countries, with rates calculated at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Import duties and taxes charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility, unless they were collected at checkout.

When your ring ships

We’ll email you when your ring is on its way. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we’ll correct it before your ring ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
