If any part of this site is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it.
We want this site to work for everyone who wants a ring from us, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or a magnified display.
Where we are
We work to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. The site is tested with automated accessibility tooling across the home page, collections, product pages, the cart, search and this page, on both desktop and phone widths. Recent work covered text contrast, headings and page structure, labelling of buttons and links, and making sure the photo carousel does not trap keyboard focus.
We are not claiming perfection. Automated testing catches a great deal and misses things a person would notice immediately, which is where you come in.
Found something that does not work?
Email support@formandforgedesigns.com and tell us what happened. What you were trying to do and what got in the way is enough — you do not need to know the terminology. We will reply, and we will tell you when it is fixed.
If the website is the barrier, it should not stop you owning a ring. Email or call and we will take your order, your size and your engraving over the phone, and send you the same confirmation everyone else gets.
