Cancellation Policy
Every ring is made to order, so the sooner you let us know, the more we can do.
Before we start your ring, you can cancel for a full refund. If you chose our free ring sizers, we don’t start building until you tell us your size, so you can cancel any time before then. The sizers are yours to keep.
Once your ring is on the bench, a $50 cancellation fee covers the time and materials already spent on it. Expedited processing isn’t refundable at that stage, because your ring has already been moved to the front.
Custom and engraved rings are made for one person, so they’re final sale from the moment you order, size included. That’s why we always suggest our free ring sizers first.
If your ring has already shipped, our returns and exchanges policy applies instead.
To cancel, email support@formandforgedesigns.com with your order number as soon as you can. We’ll confirm by reply and let you know where your ring stands.
