Standard, non-custom rings may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned rings must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. Returns are subject to a $50 return fee, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unique materials, engraving, personalization, memorial materials, customer-supplied materials, or other custom work are non-refundable.
Ring sizer sets bought on their own are not returnable.
Refunds are issued after the returned ring has been received and inspected.
Our rings are made in fixed sizes and cannot be resized.
If your finished ring still doesn’t fit properly after using our ring sizers, we’ll remake it for free.
If you chose your ring size without using our sizing kit, we can still exchange your ring for another size. Because we didn’t verify the original size, these exchanges are subject to a $50 exchange fee plus shipping.
Exchange requests must be started within 30 days of delivery.
The original ring must be returned to us in good condition before a replacement can be issued.
If you exchange for a different ring with a higher price, you’ll be responsible for the difference. If the replacement ring costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please pack the ring carefully and return it in a sturdy box. Do not ship rings in a bubble mailer.
Your return shipment must include tracking, and the ring should be packed securely enough to prevent movement or damage during transit.
