Ring Care
These rings are built to be worn. So wear them.
Looking after your ring
Day to day
For everyday cleaning, warm water, a little mild soap, and a soft cloth are all you need. Rinse it clean and dry it thoroughly. Most of the time, it’s enough to just wipe it down with a microfiber cloth.
Take it off before swimming or showering, and avoid contact with anything hard enough to scratch or damage the surface.
Keep it away from
Acetone, solvents, and abrasive cleaners. These can damage the protective finish that seals the inlay — prevention is much easier than repair.
What to expect over time
Titanium and tungsten hold their finish for years and can be repolished if the years mark them. Stainless steel takes on a patina rather than staying pristine, and a polish brings it back whenever you want it new again. Ceramic keeps its gloss almost indefinitely.
Opal and fossil inlays sit under a clear coat. Treated as above, that coat is what keeps the color and pattern exactly as it left the bench.
