Privacy Policy

We are a small shop. We collect what we need to make your ring and get it to you, and nothing else.

What we collect

• To fulfil an order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number where you give one, and the details you enter with the order — ring size, engraving text, a date you need it by.
• Payment: handled by Shopify and the payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• Site usage: standard analytics about pages visited, so we can tell what is working and what is broken.

What we do with it

Make and ship your ring, answer your questions, and if you asked for them, send occasional emails. Nothing else.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not trade or rent it. It is shared only with the services that make an order possible — payments, shipping carriers, and the platform this store runs on — and only as much as each of them needs.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it, and we will, except where we are required to keep order records.
• Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. One click, no questions.

Engraving text is kept with the order record, because we may need it to remake the ring later. If you would rather we wiped it after delivery, say so and we will.
