Limited Lifetime Warranty

Every ring we make carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as the original owner has it. If an inlay lifts, a seam opens, or a finish fails because of how it was made, we repair or remake it at no charge.

How to use it. Email us with a photo and your order number. Most things we can identify from the picture. If it needs to come back to us we will tell you how to send it, and we will tell you honestly whether it is a warranty repair or ordinary wear before you post anything.

What it does not cover

• Chips, cracks or breaks from impact.
• Scratches, dents and wear from ordinary life.
• Damage from solvents or abrasive cleaners — see ring care.
• Loss, theft, or work done by someone else. A ring resized elsewhere cannot be warrantied by us, because we no longer know what was done to it.

Sizing is separate. A ring that does not fit is handled under our returns and ring size exchanges policy, not this warranty.
